Donnie was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to show me the all the features my vehicle has.

Worst

We have purchased one used vehicle from them and it will probably be the last. We felt very pressured from the sales staff and it was not a pleasant experience.

What really impressed me most about this dealership was the way that the employees worked together as a team. Everyone chipped in to help me, and ultimately found me what I was looking for, and delivered it to me flawlessly at a good price. I was also impressed by the way that they treated me, a new customer, like someone they wanted to keep for the long run. There was a lot of good information given and not a lot of hard selling. By the way, my '09 Silverado is the best truck I have ever owned. more

I know this does not pertain to this survey but I have to let someone know that Mike Inman, Bruce Heath, Jerry and Rein in Service are the best. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It is employees like this that will keep me coming back to Penske ! Every 5 yrs I purchase a brand new car paid in full and you best believe Penske will keep my business. Thank you more

Every time I come into Penske, the service guys are all very helpful and friendly. I especially like dealing with Jerry Bronson. He is straightforward and I appreciate his assistance with all of my car issues. Jerry has been a big help! The next time I go into Penkse Cheverlot I will ask for Jerry. more

Rien was very professional and helpful in his analysis with my vehicle. The service was fast and efficient. Mr. Hazelwood should be considered a very valuable part if the Penske company. I hope I never have to return to Penske again for auto service, but I feel confident in the work the employees do. more

Something extra 4/25/2011

Every time i come into Penske i always feel like they've done something extra. My exterior is cleaner and this time steering seemed tightened-which is great because i came in for an oil change, and the $9.95 deal for that is fantastic. These are the reasons that i always recommend Penske, Thanks. more

Mr. Ken scott is the best service representative that i have ever delt with. He is always friendly, courteous, and kind. Whats more, he explains what repairs need to be done. He is the best. more
