Pediatric Associates Of Orlando

I agree, the front desk staff is horrible. They are so rude. I have personally never had a good experience at this office, so I've recently changed practices and I couldn't be happier! It appears that no one working at this office wants to be there, including the doctors. We've seen most of the doctors and the only one we liked was Dr. Lim, however getting an appointment with her was difficult. The last doctor we saw before making the change was Dr. Britton and he could not get out of the room fast enough, which is typical of all the doctors here we've seen, with the exception of Dr. Lim. I can't understand why anyone would want these doctors caring for their children. I'm also shocked that anyone has had a great experience here. On a side note, the Mills office is old and dirty, so that only adds to the horrible experience. more

My children have been going to PAO for 15 years and I am always pleased with the service that I get. The doctor's are amazing. I rarely have to wait to bring my sick child in for an appointment. They are very accomodating when I need both of my boys seen within the same time frame. They are all very helpful. Pros: Nursing staff is great. I have been taking my child to pediatric associates (both offices) since he was born but after this last encounter may be taking him somewhere else! They have the worst customer service i have ever seen...the front desk and schedulers are rude and quite frankly stupid and cocky and they must not appreciate the fact that they even have a job! Terrible customer service. When I called the fist time I was transferred multiple times with no help in the end.Not to mention the long wait on the phone between needless transfers. In the end,they refused to see my 2-month old son b/c we live out of state. more

My child has been a patient to PAO for 3yrs now and ALL the doctors are great ! The wait time some days are longer than other days but I know that the doctors give great quality care to each an every child that goes there. The same day sick appointments,evening and weekend appointments are also great for us working parents that can't get off of work. I have nothing to say but great things about this practice and I will recommend my friends to this practice! Pros: The Doctors and staff Cons: Wait time more

My child was a patient at the facility until recently when I got a certified letter saying that they are terminating the relationship. We were at a loss as to what the reason could be. When I called them up I was told that the reason is that I went for a second opinion some four months back. I told them that this was unfair. I was entitled to a second opinion or for that matter a third opinion. This is my child we are talking about. I think it is rediculous and pathetic the way this practice work. In most instances I have seen doctors encouraging patients to seek second opinion. But here what they have done is shameful. I would not recommend anyone to this practice. And for that matter I would suggest whoever is a patient at this facility to look for another one. more

This pediatric practice consists of 11 pediatricians and 2 Nurse Practitioners. They have two offices --one in downtown Orlando and one in Dr. Phillips. I have met most of the physicians and have been pleased with each of them. Dr. Andrew and Dr. Gordon are our favorites!! I've never had a problem getting in to be seen with a sick child and as long as you make your appointments in advance you will have no problem getting in with the doctor of your choice for regular checkups. \r You and your children will be very happy with this practice. more

I love Dr. Britton, he is the doctor that examined my baby after she was born at Winnie Palmer Hospital. My baby was a patient there for 7 months, until I was wrongly discharged from the pratice. I complained to the manager that the staff was not updating my baby's immunization record and my child care provider was upset. The next thing you know I got a certified letter in the mail they were terminating our relationship. I called and spoke to the manager was treated rudely. Now, they wont send her shot records to her new pediatrician. Dr. Britton should leave and find another practice. They don't deserve him! \r I am also writing this letter to the any organization that will hear me. Pros: Good Doctor Cons: Terrible practice!!! more
