I agree, the front desk staff is horrible. They are so rude. I have personally never had a good experience at this office, so I've recently changed practices and I couldn't be happier! It appears that no one working at this office wants to be there, including the doctors. We've seen most of the doctors and the only one we liked was Dr. Lim, however getting an appointment with her was difficult. The last doctor we saw before making the change was Dr. Britton and he could not get out of the room fast enough, which is typical of all the doctors here we've seen, with the exception of Dr. Lim. I can't understand why anyone would want these doctors caring for their children. I'm also shocked that anyone has had a great experience here. On a side note, the Mills office is old and dirty, so that only adds to the horrible experience.
