Great 8/13/2018

I used Patterson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. about six months ago, and they were great. I was having a problem with my water heater. The guys from Patterson came out, checked my system, and did something simple to take care of the issue it was having. They didn't charge us and did not even pressure us about possibly replacing the system itself. They were very polite, were not pushy, and they did a really good job. In fact, if we have any more problems, we'll call them over any other company. more

Quality Work, But Expensive 8/9/2018

I've been a Patterson customer now for over 5 years and their work has always been 1st rate. However, they are not cheap. It is the old story of 'you get the quality you pay for.' So if you're wanting the work done right then you want these guy's doing. more

Great service! 7/11/2018

Replaced failing 75 year old sewer line that required extensive excavation. Mike from Patterson came out within a few hours of our call, surveyed and cleared the line for us, and provided us an estimate for a new line. The Patterson Team finished the entire project within a few days and did a very nice job of restoring the property (concrete walkways, fences, lawn, etc.) to like-new condition. Patterson continues to be our “go-to” plumbing contractor. Highly recommended!!! more

We have an unusual Carrier/Bryant 95S H&A/C w/humidifier which has stymied many pros. We are thrilled that PPH's pros were so talented. They fixed our problem(s) with the system & forged a future relationship which my family can rely on. Plus they are wonderfully bright and friendly! more

Patterson is top notch! We had to have plumbing work completed on a home we purchased. The repair work was "rolled" into our loan. Shelley worked with our lender to unsure the work got done, and they got paid! The entire staff were thoughtful, considerate, and most of all helpful. The plumber that did the service went above and beyond to make sure we were in good shape! Thanks to you all more

I had two homes that had non working swamp coolers, my son's .house and my daughters. They fixed the one at my son's where I am staying, and when they got to my daughters, they found it just needed a screw tightened. They charged me nothing for that house, which shows their honesty. I knew up front the charges and what they needed to do. I would recommend them and will have them for any other plumbing I need done. more

You can count on Patterson Plumbing; they do the job and do it to our satisfaction. 6/4/2018

Patterson came out twice for 2 different things. 1st was our furnace burners were not staying lit. They replaced the control board and tested unit multiple times, to make sure it was working correctly. Our unit was under warranty and we were not charged for this service; second time was to install a new Delta Cartridge on tub and shower valve. Again it did not take them long to come out and do it and they did it right the first time. We are very happy with them more

Great people, Super service! 6/2/2018

The most polite and friendly business you'll ever do business with. We've used them a few times in the past and at this point wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Their employees did everything they could to make sure we were happy. The original equipment part for our AC had to be ordered which would have added a few more days to our problem. Caleb suggested an alternative that was available here in town. We agreed to use it, he installed it and our AC was up and running in less than an hour. Thats great service, folks! more
