Patterson did an awesome job for me. After another company canceled within 2 hours of our appointment, I called Patterson P&H in a panic. I needed a furnace inspect for a real estate closing the very next day. They worked us in to their very busy schedule and did a great job. The technician was so knowledgeable and very pleasant and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend this company!! more

Mike came out after hours for us and did the inspection for us, he was very pleasant to deal with and very amenable to the situation. I knew based on looking at the tank that we were looking at a complete replacement of our water heater but Mike was able to diagnose the cause and pointed at our pressure regulator valve being the likely culprit. Mike walked us through the options and managed to on the schedule for the very next day. Unfortunately, due to some scheduling conflicts (other jobs were going long) we got a little bit of a run around. My wife had taken time off work to meet with them but we ended up with a delay of about 2.5 hours. By then I was able to tag out with her to be available for Patterson to arrive. Patterson actually ended up sending us two new resources, Caleb and Thomas, whom together tackled both aspects of my project with the goal of still being complete by the quoted time frame. All three associates were very knowledgeable, approachable, and above all respectful. I am very pleased with their work and that they stood by their commitment and got the job done in the time window they quoted. I know it can be frustrating having to wait, but I would absolutely use these guys in the future. more

You never want to wake up at 3:00 a.m., on a Saturday morning and hear water dripping in the crawl space due to the water heater, but we did. ?? After several phone calls, we called Patterson Plumbing and Heating. Thomas, the technician, arrived in a very timely manner. He accessed the situation and explained in layman's term how to resolve the issue. Thomas diligently worked to remove the old leaking water heater and then installed the new water heater ensuring all was up to current code. The installation was professionally done leaving a clean work site. He was knowledgeable and proficient at his job and he professionally interacted with the customer. Patterson plumbing and hetating was a great experience. I had a furnace break. I called Patterson on a Saturday. They sent out a technician in about an hour. Mr. Compratt was very professional. He trouble shot the system I had with great electrical knowledge. I was found that it would be more cost effective to replace the system rather than replace all parties needed to bring the old system back. Mr. Compratt helped me get the best warranty for the new system and all possible discounts. I am very satisfied with Patterson Plumbing and Heating. more
