After several phone calls, we called Patterson Plumbing and Heating. Thomas, the technician, arrived in a very timely manner. He accessed the situation and explained in layman's term how to resolve the issue. Thomas diligently worked to remove the old leaking water heater and then installed the new water heater ensuring all was up to current code. The installation was professionally done leaving a clean work site. He was knowledgeable and proficient at his job and he professionally interacted with the customer.
