Patterson came out twice for 2 different things. 1st was our furnace burners were not staying lit. They replaced the control board and tested unit multiple times, to make sure it was working correctly. Our unit was under warranty and we were not charged for this service; second time was to install a new Delta Cartridge on tub and shower valve. Again it did not take them long to come out and do it and they did it right the first time. We are very happy with them
