I am very happy with my hair cut. I get some new different hairstyle each time. I would like to say Patricia hair salon is the best hair salon and it is the place where you can find all the hair styles. more

Josephine was really the only reason I went all the way to Queens to get my hair done. The salon itself is nice, clean, and somewhat stylish. But there's no longer anyone here who knows how to work with curly or ethnic hair. Mostly one-trick ponies there. Josephine, who was AMAZING and a true hairstylist in that she does fabulous, high-quality work with hair of ALL types, has left for greener pastures and is now working at a high-end salon in Chelsea. Thank God I found her card and looked her up on facebook! When I called the salon, they lied to me and told me that she was on medical leave and would be out indefinitely, and then a couple weeks later told me she was no longer working there. When I asked where she went and what her last name was (I couldn't remember), the guy answering the phone (who owns part of the place, I believe) was completely rude and unprofessional. Sounded bitter, if you ask me. The owners, who are there often, push services on you that you really don't need, have no real concept of customer service, and they treat their employees horrifically. I'm glad I no longer have to put up with any of that to get fabulous hair. Pros: Nice atmosphere Cons: The owners are disrespectful to employees and customers.. more

I have been going to Patricia hair salon over two years now. I have had cuts from a few different stylists over that time. I have never had a bad experience of any kind with anyone. A lot of people have a notion that a franchised salon like these leave you with super results. I enjoy the atmosphere and the personalities of the stylist who work there. And most importantly, I leave with the hair cut that I wanted and one I'm happy with. I leave with that nice feeling of just cut hair on a hot summer day. You know that feeling. Melinda at Patricia's Salon gives me a great cut. It grows in really well, too. I didn't have to tell her too much and she got the look I wanted right on the point. She's good, I've also had my hair color there in cherry red & it was stunning. She did a pretty good job. The staff there is friendly and very well trained in job they do. I had lost all hope of ever having my hair healthy again. It has been damaged by so-called top hair colorists in several New York City salons. So I have been trying to get my hair naturally blonde again and in the last salon that specializes in hair color my roots ended reddish orange and the bottom looks like a grayish pinkish blonde!! It’s horrible! And I don't know what to do??!!My friend recommended his hairstylist, Patricia hair salon I was afraid to go, but I take strength and I made the appointment. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY I DID! Patricia hair Salon service is absolutely impeccable and his friendly and outgoing staff is wonderful. Everything was a wonderful experience. Best of all is the top hairstylists, and one of his top hair colorists did my highlights. Experts did my blowout on my long hair and I was thoroughly impressed with his skill. I have not had a blowout this good since my last photo shoot. Patricia hair salon was extremely warm and fun, and his haircut was a real tailored one. He also refused to do services that I didn’t need saving me money…I am so impressed by Patricia hair salon natural expertise, and how much he loves hair, he really cares for his customers hair !!!.
