I have had medical hair loss which caused a few bold spots to the back of my head, with extreme thinning in the front. I didn't like the way my hair looked, and located to NYC Hair Loss Salon from the reference of my colleague. I did a consultation with Patricia, where I filled out questionnaire, and she looked over my hair and made recommendations. I am really glad to see that she had many options with more affordable prices. I went with one of her custom solutions. She did it right after. Had hair extensions for the first time. Not sure what to say. Only had one bundle of hair added, just in the front, to cover up a small bald spot. The small bald spot is gone now, thanks Patricia's, Paola did my hair, well done. I recently went to New York Brazilian keratin salon to get my hair straightened and I have nothing but words of praise for her. I called in for a consultation and she was able to see me that day. When I went in for my appt she was so awesome! I brought a ton of stuff to keep me occupied and didn't pull out one thing. The 4 hours I was there felt like 30 min. She tells you every step of the process and explains everything that's she's doing. She also is really detailed about how to care for your hair and to maintain it. I’ve been using different products on my hair and due to that, I loss a significant amount of hair. A friend of mine told me to try using a lace front wig and allow my hair to grow back. I personally do not like the way a wig looks on people but I’ve done some research on the lace wigs and concluded that it’s my best option to grow back my hair. I could not believe it when I found out that a dear friend of mine had a hair replacement piece. Every time I saw her she always had a new cut and awesome color. I have been going to NYC Hair Salon over two years now. I have had cuts from a few different stylists over that time. I have never had a bad experience of any kind with anyone. I bought a Wig from Patricia’s hair salon. I must tell that it is the far best Wig Salon in Brooklyn NY Metro area. The stylist was so nice. She took time helping me pick the right Wig. This is a great place for wigs. I know others who have had their wigs created by Patricia’s hair salon and they referred me. Patricia is very understanding. She made sure my consultation was done after hours and the setting was private. I was embarrassed at first about my hair loss, but she made me feel very comfortable about it. She made my hair system to fit me perfectly. I get a lot of compliments on my hair. Now my hair has started growing back, but I plan to continue wearing these wigs. They are beautifully done. No one knows I am wearing a wig. My favorite is a dark-haired system that is long. I get a lot of compliments on that one. I feel great. The wigs are comfortable, too.
