I am a 23 years old student. About 12 years ago, I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata, an auto immune condition, where the hair follicles are attacked by a person's own immune system, which stops hair growth gradually and can result in total baldness. I'd like to thank New York Lace Front Wigs Salon’s customer service for the help and support I received. Being a chemo patient has left me nearly bald, and I was in need of a full lace wig that would replace my lost hair, which use to be thick and long. Since it was my first full lace wig, I had a million questions. The customer service specialist answered patiently all my questions and concerns, and called me back, a week after I received my wig, for my feedback. I went to Patricia’s Hair Salon with a friend who was getting a consultation on hair infusions and it ended up being the best experience for me. I had another type of hair blending in my hair and the piece was actually very loose because they kept canceling my appt. for a tightening. She took one look at my head and said the piece was destroying my hair and said she wanted to take the piece off. I was kind of reluctant because I didn't want to leave without any hair, but she assured me that would not be the case. \r \r She took the piece off and I had less hair than when I got the piece, my scalp was all red and all my hair follicles were coming out from the piece pulling my hair when they attached it. I was extremely upset, but Patricia assured me that she would take care of me and she did. She took the old piece and washed and styled it and sewed in clips so I could put it back on without distressing my scalp. She then proceeded to explain his system, which does not damage or pull the hair at all and let me try it. \r \r I agreed to add Patricia’s Hair Salon infusions to my hair. I feel like a new person and more confident than ever before. Patricia is the most kind, compassionate and understanding person I ever met. Patricia’s Hair Salon staff just made everything right. I started out looking into extensions after spending hundreds only to have my own hair ruined by going to many different salons and never getting the cut or color I wanted. After weeks of research on the internet, I found myself totally confused with all the different techniques available. I have curly, thick, and hard to color hair. I discovered NYC Hair Salon while at work desperate for a new stylist. On my first visit with NYC Hair Salon she took the time to determine the best color and cut for me. It was fabulous. The next time I took my daughter and she is equally happy. Having been to many hair salons over the years I am more than happy with the excellent service I receive at NYC Hair Salon. As soon as I walk through the door I am greeted with smiles and made to feel very welcome. I always have a thorough consultation before my hair is dealt with and everyone, including the junior staff is friendly, warm and approachable. The atmosphere is relaxed and layed back and the endless coffee and drinks are free flowing. There are also lots of hair products available to purchase which I love and which do a much better job than my home bought products. I noticed a bald patch on my back hair. It was a night mare making me scary and super down. They have created an extremely high tech method of attachment of the Great Length strand. Removal is quick and easy by an expert. The Great Lengths is totally worth the price that I paid. Although she got 13 bundles we only used close to 10. She saved the others for my maintenance appointments. I have been in desperate search for a great cut and color now for years. I had tried so many different stylists. I have gone to very expensive salons and have paid top dollar for cuts/ colors and was not very happy. My sister recommended I go and see Patricia at NYC hair salon. She said that she was a true artist and I would not be disappointed. \r \r She had been going to her for years and absolutely loved her work. She was knowledgeable, and very helpful when figuring out what exact shade to color my hair. She convinced me to foil in some very subtle highlights to the overall dark chestnut color. I’m so glad I found New York Lace Front Wigs Salon. I didn’t know what to expect this was my 1st lace wig. They where really helpful and did such a great job installing my wig. I get a lot of compliments on my hair. Now my hair has started growing back, but I plan to continue wearing these wigs. They are beautifully done. No one knows I am wearing a wig. My favorite is a dark-haired system that is long. I get a lot of compliments on that one. I feel great. The wigs are comfortable, too. I learned that even the celebrities use these wigs. You can’t see any glue in the front or back. I just love the baby hair. And they had a lot of wigs to pick from I've been wearing my wig now for 3 weeks this was better than what I expected. I was very surprised about the high quality of the hair, and the lace cap is very sturdy. When I wanted to reapply the wig the second time, they were kind enough to take the time out to guide me through all the steps of cleaning the cap, washing the hair and revitalizing it with the amazing silicone serum. more

I have been going to Patricia’s Salon now for almost a year because I was losing my hair and now almost all my hair has grown back yes. It is because of her I have a head of full hair. I started with a full lace wig that last about a year. I was going every 2 weeks because I really didn't know how to take care of it. And about 6 months I purchase a second unit. Now I am wearing a weaving with only about 5 tracks of her very own collection of Virgin Indian Hair. She has always been able to fit me in and always very professional. She has a long extensive clientele and doesn't take any foolishness. I have been going crazy with horrible haircuts since January. And then I went to NYC hair extensions salon and my hair looked amazing when I left the salon. My wavy hair was smooth and shiny - no flat iron needed. Patricia started cutting wet and then finished the layering and angles dry to make sure everything was perfect. \r \r The attention to detail was unprecedented, at least in comparison to the other stylists I've been to over the years.
