Pagel & Sons Jewelers

I have never actually bought an item from Pagel & Sons, but have been there for repairs three times and have had a great experience. They were willing to work on a watch that wasn't purchased at their store, they were friendly and helped me right away, and if the fix was small they didn't even charge me for the repair. I had gotten turned away from the store that I actually bought the watch from because they said they couldn't fix it, but Pagel & Sons did. I have had pleasant experiences with them and will always bring my business back to them. more

I had a great experience at Pagel and Sons. I recently took in two engagement rings that had belonged to family members. I wanted the center stone taken out of one and put into the second setting. I was helped by Kathy, who answered all my questions and gave me a ballpark price estimate for the work. The work took about a week and the ring is gorgeous. Not only is the craftsmenship perfect but when they resized the ring they cleaned up some shoddy work that had been done previously. And the price was at the low end of the quote. I was very happy with the staff's attitude at the store and (most of all) the ring they worked on.\r \r I also ordered a wedding band from the store. I found one in a catalog almost identical to a ring I had been eyeing online, only the ring ordered through Pagel and Sons was about $40 cheaper than the online version. this place is goog for there ingravings. I took my cross there and got my name put on it. It only cost 8.25 so the prices aren't bad either. I thought the people were nice and helpful. more

My wife took 4 gems to pagel and sons. 3 Diamonds and 1 Amethyst to be put into a setting. The Amethyst that she took to them was a flawless stone. When the setting was finished she was called and told it was ready. I went with her and I checked the stones. The Amethyst was full of flaws and scratches. DO NOT, I SAY AGAIN DO NOT TAKE ANY GEM'S TO pagel and sons TO BE PUT INTO A SETTING. more

Pagel & Sons is the place to go if you need any jewelry help. They are very education when it comes to jewelry. They help you and if they cant fix it they find someone who will be able to. Their price are not bad at all. They are in a cute building. If you have any questions on different diamonds they can answer any and all questions they are that good. more
