I had a great experience at Pagel and Sons. I recently took in two engagement rings that had belonged to family members. I wanted the center stone taken out of one and put into the second setting. I was helped by Kathy, who answered all my questions and gave me a ballpark price estimate for the work. The work took about a week and the ring is gorgeous. Not only is the craftsmenship perfect but when they resized the ring they cleaned up some shoddy work that had been done previously. And the price was at the low end of the quote. I was very happy with the staff's attitude at the store and (most of all) the ring they worked on.\r

I found one in a catalog almost identical to a ring I had been eyeing online, only the ring ordered through Pagel and Sons was about $40 cheaper than the online version.
