I stopped by the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. The service person was very nice and informative. He was able to change my oil without making an appointment and had my car back to me within 30 minutes. more

I like the ability to drop in and have basic maintenance completed. This makes it the place for me i travel for my job and it makes it easy. The girl who completed my finance when i purchased my car came out just to verify that the first service went well. I like to be treated special and they did a great job. more

When I bought my Veloster from Ourisman, the sales representative was professional, friendly and he did not try to rush me in making my decision in buying a car. He gave me my space and I appreciated that very much. The service technician was just as professional and friendly when I brought my car in for service. I have bought many of cars from different dealerships, but I never receive that special treatment that Ourisman gave me. Even when I came in for service the sales representative remember me. Now that is awesome!!!!! more

I visited Ourisman Huyndai of Bowie on Saturday, June 30th with the possiblity of trading in my vehicle and upgrading to something newer. My appointment was initially made with Mr. Mitchell for the previous week, however I cancelled. Mr. Mitchell made a follow up call to me the morning of June 30th to follow up and answer any particular questions I had. I rescheduled my appointment and met with him that day. On my arrival to the dealership, I received a warm greeting by Mr. Mitchell and he discussed with me the steps for getting an appraisal and moving forward with a new purchase. Throughout my entire conversation with him he was professional, knowledgeable, proficient and outstanding in his delivery of information. I have always enjoyed visiting this location and was once again extremely pleased with the service I received. more

The experience of purchasing my Sonata from Bowie was amazing. From the start to finish Lennox was there with me and made sure I was comfortable and knew everything. He provided the best possible service and definitely put the customer first. So the customer service was top notch as well as my overall experience because the price I purchased my Sonata was perfect and really kept me from going anywhere else. Great experience throughout the process. Debby brought out a car that had the features my wife wanted. After looking at other colors etc we ended up buying the original car. Debby made the process go smoothly and relatively quickly (including price negotiatiations) until we were out the door and and my wife was driving away in the new car. She followed up with a phone call and a couple of emails over the next couple of days. She helped me get the Bluetooth set up and running properly a couple of days later. We are happy. more

Thought I got a good fair price for the car. Worked with several salesperson all of whom were extremely helpful. Also met and worked with Sales manager Art who also was very friendly and upfront. I do not live near this dealership, I actually travel ove an hour to get there but felt it was worth the drive. I enjoyed my buyng experience and have recommended folks to come to this dealership. If considering another Hyundai, I would come back. more
