When I bought my Veloster from Ourisman, the sales representative was professional, friendly and he did not try to rush me in making my decision in buying a car. He gave me my space and I appreciated that very much. The service technician was just as professional and friendly when I brought my car in for service. I have bought many of cars from different dealerships, but I never receive that special treatment that Ourisman gave me. Even when I came in for service the sales representative remember me. Now that is awesome!!!!!
