Ok Orchard Landing does not have a Fitness Center or Tot-lot and Picnic Areas.. for the last few months there are no street light outside the apartment making it dangerous.. if there's something broke or needs fix in your apartment the new management doesn’t care .. You will be waiting no matter how small the job it is, you will be waiting and when they do come they will not finish repairs and you be waiting again or to come back .. But you are paying over 1000 a mouth. You have no lights outdoors, the children parks or broken down trashy and not safe oh you can pay less and live hood and get same kind service they give you here or even better.. You don’t believe me .you are welcome to and check out for yourself and if you come at nigh bring a flash light
