to whom it may concern, on 4/27/12 i took my wife to her scheduled apt. at oaktree medical of easley, s.c. to review her ultrasound results. when we arrived we were told her results had not yet been sent by oconee hospital. also, they had tried to call several times to reach us by phone but it just rang and rang without even going to voicemail. however, when i asked to try it in front of me it came strait to the phone and left a ""missed call"" status and the # of the caller. strangely there were no missed calls from the day before. upon returning home we called oconee hospital and to our dismay were informed that oaktree medical had been sent the ultrasound results on 4/19/12 at 3:37pm and they had confirmation. when my wife called oaktree medical back and confronted the front desk she was put on hold and sent to voicemail without even the courtesy of ""hold please"" or ""just a moment."" every time she tried to call back she was immediately put into voicemail. however, when she called from my # someone picked up and answered. but, again she is sent to voicemail and although she left her name and # was never called back. consequently, i would not recommend oaktree medical of easley s.c. to anyone and am currently searching for a new doctors office for my wife. their phone manners are down right rude and the front desk really needs to work on their ""people"" skills. more

I have been a patient of this so called establishment for about 3 years... unfortunately for me I have to stay at one of their office's due to the lack of Pain Management practices in the area. I have seen 4 different MD's, at least 5 different FNP's and 2 PA's. Luckily the PA I have now knows what he's doing. Calling the females employees a b**** is a compliment. They are lazy and refuse to return phone calls or just flat out will ignore you. You will be made to feel belittled by them. I come from a long career of being a RT(R) and BSN and would not recommend these people to anyone. Once they have you, they hold you over the edge by a string. You become their little puppet, moving to their beat instead of your own. Oaktree owns at least 4 different practices with them being the 'parent' company. HA!!!!! They need to take a class on 'parenting skills' before calling themselves that. Last I heard all these offices were owned by a husband and wife - neither of them an MD or RN. Talked with her - she's a WITCH! He is power hungry. STAY AWAY!!!!! more

DR. ROGERS WIT OAKTREE MEDICAL CENTER IN EASLEY, I HAVE TO SAY IS ONE OF THE MOST CARING AND HELPFUL DR. THERE...ANYTIME I GO IN TO SEE HIM AND I GO EVERY OTHER MONTH AND HAVE BEEN FOR 3 YEARS, HE WILL SIT AND LISTEN TO EVERYTHING I HAVE TO SAY AND TELLS ME WHAT TO DO FOR MY PROBLEMS WITH MY BACK. HE DOES NOT AND NEVER HAS TRIED TO SHOVE ME AWAY. ALWAYS TELLS ME IF I HAVE A PROBLEM AND IT IS AFTER HOURS TO CALL HIM AND HE WILL GET TIGHT BACK TO ME, I HAVE AND HE DID WITHIN 2 HOURS. I LOVE GOING TO SEE HIM AND I HAVE SEEN THE OTHERS ALSO ON THE PAIN MANAGEMNET SIDE, THEY ARE SO GOOD. NOW ON THE OTHER HAND DR. OLIVER IS NOT A VERY HELPFUL DR. SHE WILL PUSH YOU AWAY AND TRY HE BEST TO GET RID OF YOU AS FAST AS POSSIBE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SEE HER, AND HAVE HAD MY MEDICAL RECORDS TRANSFERED. Don't step foot in this place. Especially DO NOT allow Dr. Oliver to look at you let alone treat you. Unfortunately I had the huge displeasure of being treated by Dr. Oliver and was made to feel inferior, like I was wasting her time. Dr. Oliver talks down to you, asks questions and won't allow you to answer, she makes rude comments and was completely unprofessional. I had a serious infection and when she looked at it stated ""Oh I need to wash my hands"" WTF???? Ms. Oliver ( Refuse to call her a doctor) made me feel as if I were unimportant, dirty and futile. She alone deserves a -10 rating. This woman has no business practicing medicine let alone dealing with human beings! more

do not waste your time or money at this place. Wait an hour to see doc even with appointment. Dr. Oliver acts as if your there to get drugs or disability check, does not beleive anything You tell her. Try the other Docs there, You'll get different but still bad results. There is absolutely no diagnostic medicine practiced at this place. more

This is the worst experience we have ever had at a doctors office. Dont keep their records well. Doctors dont take your pain serious and must think your there for pills instead of pain.How about find out why the problem is happening and what is causing it instead of guessing and sending you out the door. Then they want you to come back and pay more $$$ knowing the problem is still going to exist unless something is done. My husband and dad goes here and says there are different doctors all the time. They dont even know whats going on with you because the records are not even up to date. My dad has been on a medication for 3 yrs and no sign of it in their records. Talking about poor poor service.I could go on and on aboput this practice but I think you will gety the idea. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$$$$.. more

I have been to this practice but will never waste my money or my health again. they are only interested in money and do not care for the patients health. They overcharge for every procedure they do and they do so many unnecessary procedures. A vet will give you more health care. Doctors leave there so much, that if you get used to a doctor, the next time you go, that doctor will be gone.\r \r I know employees that work there and I am amazed at how they are treated. They are yelled at, cussed at, and spied on. Why would anyone work there? more

These Fools are JERKOFFS. They accepted my referral by my family doctor for a certain Dr Dr WysenJerkoff and by the time I got there Some duma$$ thought I should see Dr Arnoff or some crap. I got up and told them to go get screwed in the mouth. Just one more nail in the fact Easley is as BACKWARDS as hell. Dont waste your valuable time on these know it all Pukes. i see 2 doctors there,both males,dr.rogers is so good for a pain doctor,trully he makes his pay honestly,never seen dr.oliver,thanks for the warning in advanced,rest of staff nice also. more

OMG,\r \r I just thought it was me. Oaktree Medical in Greenville closed their doors 8/2010 after Drs Netter and Long left the practice. So I finally broke down and went to the office in Easley, with Dr. Oliver. You guys are correct. She didn't display any bedside manners, no warmth at all. Then I was charge $250.00 because this was the first time she saw me, never mind I have been a patient of Oaktree since 2002. I have my annual physical scheduled for 12/15/2010, but I am going to call my insurer, to find out what I need to do to find another physician all together. Thanks to all of you for confirming my suspicions. I guess I see why Drs. Netter & Long left the practice. This is too sad!! Wow!! more

wow...didnt even tell me they were going to do an injection...then when they scheduled me for 4 weeks out but no pain meds until they did the injection...they said they would call me back after telling me the doctor would ust say no anyway...i have been on pain meds for 3 months playing around with neurologists, surgeons and now pain management...500 bucks and now in worst shape than when i started...this whole process made me feel like i am begging for drugs or something..i think the whole thing is about power and money...nothing to do with the patient and their pain...they treated me like a drug addict or something and Dr Marshall would never look me in the eye!...very creepy place...no wonder the parking lot had only one car in it...mine...HORRIBLE PEOPLE...HORRIBLE DOCTOR...never going back...i would probably get treated better by the guy selling dope on the corner...at least he would probably smile at me...never going back so they can soak blue cross for anymore than what they got today....i wish i would have read these blogs before i went :/ DO NOT GO TO OAKTREE IN ANDERSON NOR SEE DR KENNETH MARSHALL!!!!! more

It takes three days for an appointment, doctor is crazy and seem not to care! I feel like the doctor hurt me on purpose and was careless. I am not lying I think Dr.Oliver might have been on drugs the way she was acting and moving around. I would not recommend this place to me worst enemy, and I seriously think a malpractice law suit is about to hit them. more

The owners and managers treat their employees horrable. This company is all about how to pad the owners and managers pockest...AND.....Screw the people that make the company actually run.....\r They talk down to them, no breaks, lunches are mandatory, no raises, insurance sucks, not a family friendly office.\r Employees can not clock in before 7:55am. Employees will be written up if they do. How is this helpful to the patients when the first appointments start at 8am. So that means that if you have a doctors appointment you will be waiting for awile. If employees clock in early from lunch or they will get written up. How is this helpful when alot of times nurses have to work thru lunch to keep up with phone calls and office notes.\r By the way....The office notes are wrong and not complete. Results are not put in the computer in a timely manor if at all. Things are lost alot. Especially forms that are droped at the fromt desk to be filled inand returned to the patients.\r They feel like they have to spy on their employees by calling people into the office and asking them questions about other employees. If they do not answer the questions they will get written up of something that they decide to mak up about them. \r They also tend to fire people over the phone or by txt message. What happened to talking to people face to face and actually discussing things this that person. When they do it they have made up something to fire them for. And they do this so they do not have to pay unemployment to them. \r Talking about pay, their employees DO NOT get raises. They are told that there is not enough money or they will find out about it. At that point you never hear from them regarding the issus again. Paid days off and holidays are all in one bunch. So if you take to much time off to spend with family, or sick days (with kids) they do not pay you for the required days of closing. \r Holidays...The owners actually considdered not closing for July 4th. Can you believe that a company would do something like that. That is a national holiday to remember the sacorfices our friends, family and ancestors have given to have free country. With the war that has been going on for years now, you would think that people would want to thank our soldiers. What kind on company would not want to acknolage that day.\r I just wanted everyone to know that it is not only bad mannors from the Doctors but it is ever much in the management and owners also.\r \r They are loosing Doctors left and right! Because they prommiss them things but when it comes to putting it on paper and making a contract with the Doctors they can not back up the prommisses. \r \r So this company could care less about customer service and employee happyness. This makes for an aweful atmosphire to be seen as a patient and to work as an employee. more

This doctor was the biggest quack I have ever seen. She was rude and didn't seem to care about anything I was saying. I finally asked her to leave the room so I could go home. She said she didn't spend $500,000 and 10 years of medical school to make up something being wrong with me. \r Then she said that I had a lost a lot of weight since I was last there and that could be a reason for my severe headaches. I told her that was 2 years ago and I was pregnant then. She said there wasn't anything medically wrong with me and tried to give me anti depressants. Then she sat there and kept saying what do you want me to do? SHE IS THE DOCTOR!!! Shouldn't she know? So I left and took my medical records with me. The new doctors office I went to said it was suffering with migraines and prescribed me some medicine and finally my headache went away.\r Please if you go here and don't feel satisfied go for a second opinion. My was put on meds for very dangerous meds at that.Oaktree denied her patient care. Let my wife go without her meds. I called there operations Manager Gary Edawards he would not return my calls until I threaten to contact my attorney. Then I received a call wanting to send my wife to another doctor, not her doctor that she was seeing. Oaktree does not care about the patients just how much they can charge for medical care terrible medical care at that. I recommend if someone recommend you go there, Run as fast as you can. more

This is by far the worst physician practice I have ever dealt with. The doctors (except Dr Banks)are rude, there are questionable billing practices that border on unethical and perhaps worse. I threatened to fire the practice and they CHARGED me $35 for my records. These records were full of errors and addendums. What a joke! As a nurse, I know what is realistic and what isn't but I do compare other practices to the one that I work with and if they can't come close then I tell everyone I know including the physicians I work with so they don't refer patients there. we went there to get a second opinion. not an option for this rude doctor (Dr. Oliver). She would ask a question and would not even wait to hear the answer. Made patient (my mom) very uneasy. very intimidating. no ""bed side manners"" at all. Not even interested in the situation at all. If i'm paying for a service, she should provide that service without an attitude. Basically she said to go back to the old doctor. What kind of doctor does that? She charged $40 co-pay in addition to medicare. no one else charges a co-pay with medicare, just a yearly deductible, which has already been met. If i could rate this place a negative one star, i would, but that was not an option. When we walked in, there was only one other patient slip in Dr. Oliver's file. I can see why!!!!!! Never again. So now my mom can continue to be sick (now over a month) because the old doctor has not made the appointment with the specialist. I take my 3 kids to the center and they have always worked with getting them in, especially on short notice. Billing has always been no different than any other doctor's office. The staff is friendly and professional. Oak Tree Medical Centre is a good place to go. Pros: Good with teenagers. more

I agree with the previous review 100%. If your in pain dont go to this office. Dr. Aargon is a very inconsiderate individual. I went to his office for lumbar back pain (a 9 or 10 on there scale) I was tired of going to the chiropractor and being out of work. After being out of work a week and then managing to make it in to his office. I ask him what can we do, he kinda smirkes and says most back problems fixes them selves. I had already been to him before with bulgding disk . I wasn't laughing. I guess he only thinks your there for pain meds. So anyways I demand the MRI and I find out I have a herniated disk with severe nerve inpingment and degenerative disk disease. Pain meds would have helped and he give me one perscription with no refills. And when I asked for them it seemed he still had an attitude. He sets me up with another doctor for steriod shots. Your only alowed 3 a year. So the few pills he perscibed me is supposed to last. I work constrution (out of town mostly) and I'm a welder so my back goes though alot. So when I run out and ask if he can help me out. He tells me no. So I went to urgent care (after work 12 hour night shifts for going on 2 weeks ) in the town I was in and they couldn't help me because they were scared of a contract or something. So I'm guessing I will have to go into see him if I need a refill. There all about the money.\r \r So to sum it up if your in pain and want a doctor that cares, and really listens to you.
