we went there to get a second opinion. not an option for this rude doctor (Dr. Oliver). She would ask a question and would not even wait to hear the answer. Made patient (my mom) very uneasy. very intimidating. no ""bed side manners"" at all. Not even interested in the situation at all. If i'm paying for a service, she should provide that service without an attitude. Basically she said to go back to the old doctor. What kind of doctor does that? She charged $40 co-pay in addition to medicare. no one else charges a co-pay with medicare, just a yearly deductible, which has already been met. If i could rate this place a negative one star, i would, but that was not an option. When we walked in, there was only one other patient slip in Dr. Oliver's file. I can see why!!!!!! Never again. So now my mom can continue to be sick (now over a month) because the old doctor has not made the appointment with the specialist. This is why we needed the second opinion but as they say, the grass is not always greener on the other side.
