Don't step foot in this place. Especially DO NOT allow Dr. Oliver to look at you let alone treat you. Unfortunately I had the huge displeasure of being treated by Dr. Oliver and was made to feel inferior, like I was wasting her time. Dr. Oliver talks down to you, asks questions and won't allow you to answer, she makes rude comments and was completely unprofessional. I had a serious infection and when she looked at it stated "Oh I need to wash my hands" WTF????Ms. Oliver (wont dignify this woman with the tile Dr.) made me feel unimportant, dirty and futile. This woman has no business practicing medicine let alone dealing with human beings! more

Good: Didn't have to wait too long to see the doctor.. Bad: Dr Oliver was not a good doctor; doubled my Zocar from 40 mg to 80mg, when the research said 80mg is too high for most people especially thyroid patients and diabetic which I am. The worst about Oaktree is they care all about money and not the health of the patient. They tried to overcharge me for my medical records; the $15.00 for the handling fee is unlawful by Federal law. Also they are charging me $30.00 for an appointment that I Did NOT have. This was 2 months after I got my medical records and was. Improvements: seeing another doctor at that time....Everything; there is an rude old woman at the reception desk, that acts like you might cheat her out of a dollar and I very much resented that. She was rude to everyone that came before and after me. They need to get good doctors and good reception staff.. Other: Don't waste your money, your time and your health by going to Oaktree Medical.. more

Good: I have been treated by Dr. Jacobis in the past very satisfactorally. He referred me to Dr. Wasylenko for eval and a surgery date.. Bad: I saw Dr. Wasylenko for a meniscal tear and was in severe pain. After being greeted at the front desk & asked for my phone # & address in the hearing of other patients & the entire waiting room & then waiting well over 2 hours to see him, I was disappointed that he did not have my updated films and records available, even though they had been provided to the office. Then was told that I had to wait almost 2 months to have the repair done - even though the pain was 9/10 and pain meds did not work.. Improvements: Definitely more professionalism from the staff. Since I have a history of adverse reactions to the pain meds prescribed, I would have expected to have a much shorter wait time for the procedure and having to wait almost 2 months for a surgery date was not acceptable in this case. Even though I did like Dr. Wasylenko, because of the severe pain I was in, I have cancelled the surgery date and have found another surgeon.. more

no one likes to go to the doctor but it is nice to know that when you have to go, you will be taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. there has never been a time when i was made to wait for a long time and i never have a hard time getting an appointment. the doctors are great and they are really helpful with any questions you may have more
