We went to Old Mill Toyota to checkout Rav4's. We were met at the door by a salesman. I told him that we were there to see some Rav4s and possibly test drive one. His answer was "...

Old mill Toyota new car sales lack integrity 10/4/2013

I am appalled by the lack of integrity and honesty, and the apparent contempt that the old mills sales manager has for his customers. I hope that all old mill Toyota customers do their due diligence on any vehicle you consider purchasing from old mill Toyota. We started our relationship with Patrick, a sales associate at old mill Toyota, who had told me about a vehicle that came back to the dealership from previous customers who's financing fell through. The car was still technically new as it had never been titled however the first owners did intentional damage to the vehicle in retaliation to their financing falling through. Patrick told us they inflicted multiples dents and glass damage. To the vehicle. Patrick was honest with us and told us the true situation about the cars history and first 1600 miles and we thank him and respect him for his honesty and transparency. The vehicle had been fully repaired, reprinted, and restored, but we were still interested in receiving a good deal and discount because of the damage we were made aware of. When we discussed pricing the vehicle, the sales manager came over to us inform us that we had been grossly misinformed about the extent of the damage to the vehicle, that it only came back with a quarter sized ding on the driver door which was repaired and that the only discount the dealership was willing to extend was 300 dollars of the new car price. We asked to see the body shop invoice and were told they did not have it. We demanded to see a bill of repair, and eventually the sales manager reluctantly produced a body shop invoice that indicated multiple panels had been repainted, front and rear windshield replacements, gas tank door replacement, headlight assembly replacement and a litany of other labor and repair codes that were less distinguishable to a laid person that took up the better part of an entire 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. more

Bad sales experience 1/18/2011

We went to Old Mill Toyota to checkout Rav4's. We were met at the door by a salesman. I told him that we were there to see some Rav4s and possibly test drive one. His answer was "Sorry, we are out of Rav4's now. Have a good day.Bye". No taking down our contact info, no walking us through advertising material, nothing. I was aghast. It speaks not only of the salesguy, but also of the management ... more

Old Mill Toyota 8/18/2005

My husband and I visited Old Mill Toyota to test drive a Sienna. The salesman that greeted us didn't appear to be interested in having us test drive the Sienna we were interested in but had us drive a different model of the Sienna. He kept saying, "In the one your are interested in, this would be different." He was extremely gruff and short with us. The sales room appeared to be messy and unorganized. Our sales person didn't go out of his way to discribe optional features of the Sienna. He gave us a book and told us to review the option packages. We walked out loving the Sienna but wondering if there were other Toyota dealers or if we could get a different salesperson. more
