Went for a scheduled massage; checked in, got ready, and then waited over 30 minutes past my appointment. When I went to receptionist desk; they did not know why no one had seen me yet. Upon checking no one was available or there for my scheduled massage. What a waste of my time!!! Sorry was all I got. Unbelievable...horrible service then horrible customer service. more
