Top Five Spa Experiences 1/4/2012

I was very lucky to receive a gift certificate to the spa for my birthday for a full day of relaxation. The day ranked in my top five spa experiences... the massage was great, the body scrub really smoothed out my skin, and the wrap put me to sleep. Finally, the day wrapped up with a facial which was so relaxing that I fell back asleep again. Thank god for spa day... it's made the rest of the work week that much more bearable. more

Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. The place leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer satisfaction. Go somewhere else where the price is worth the value and the establishment actually cares about your satisfaction. more

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! 8/29/2010

I received a $100 gift card and misplaced it. I called Oasis Day Spa to see if they could help me and they said they could not. I located it later and called for an appt. but Brenda Peterson, Manager/Owner, said it had expired two weeks earlier and refused to honor it. After reading many other terrible reviews about this spa, I guess I didn't miss anything!!! more

Oasis Day Spa is HORRIBLE! 9/28/2009

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! They have trashy looking workers in there that have no customer service skills, but to top it off they ripped me off! My sister and I had an appointment with them and my sister went into labor 3 weeks early on the day of our appointment, so we could not make it. The owner still proceeded to charge my credit card and told me that we should have given her 7 days notice of the cancelation and that we shouldn't have even scheduled an appointment so close to her due date! How in the heck can predict that they will go into labor almost a month early?! She REFUSED to give us a refund. I will never go to that place or recommend that place to anyone! more
