I met with Jennifer to gain weight. (6'1" 160lbs when we started working together) I lift weights 5 days a week but my nutritional needs were not being met. Jennifer designed a practical plan that works and seems almost effortless. My weight is steadily increasing as well as my performance in the gym. After ten years struggling with my weight on my own, Jennifer has put me on the right track. I couldn't be happier. more

Fantastic!!! 11/18/2005

I saw Jennifer because I could not lose the weight I wanted on the diets I was trying. I'm not on a diet anymore. She taught me how to eat so that I could lose weight. The best part is that I'm not starving (like on past diets). I now eat good foods and can still enjoy those "bad foods" once in a while. I'm able to maintain my goal weight now and feel great. Jennifer was compassionate and so informative. She was great for support. Thank you so much Jennifer!!! more
