I've been a patient at Northpointe Dental Care for more than ten years. Eveybody knows how nervous I am. They greet me with a smile and take very good care of me. I had some very old crowns that always bothered me. My gums would bleed when I flossed. I always thought it was just my gums, but when Dr. Rathjen made me new crowns, my gum problems ended. He explained that how the crown fits at the gumline makes a big difference. Everybody there is very nice and they actually feel like friends. They always ask about my family. I have referred friends to Dr. Rathjen- I recommend his work. more

Dental visits are never fun, especially when getting a filling. The staff at Northpointe Dental made my visit bearable. They were friendly, pleasant and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable! more

Seriously. A recall card. 2 text messages and an e- mail just to remind me I have an appointment. (And then a survey e-mail!) If this was the alzheimer's clinic I could see it. more

Dr. Rathjen and his team are top notch! He is truly a perfectionist. His assistants and hygienist are always concerned with my comfort. My treatment and the cost are always explained very well. They never keep me waiting. Even though my tongue gets in the way, everybody makes sure that I am comfortable and well cared for. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel like they all really know me and care about me. They ask to see pictures of my recent wedding and even the dentist looked at them. They are like family. more

Always a quality experience 6/7/2011

My visit was extensive and involved some unexpected work but Dr Rathjen was once again flexible and provided superior care and follow-up. There was minimal discomfort and I am again amazed by the quality of the experience. I highly recommend Dr Rathjen and his staff! more

Skilled Perfectionist 6/6/2011

Teeth should be cared for like a classic car especially at my age. Having a perfectionist with Dr Rathjen's skills is what everyone should want in a dentist. His work is virtually painless. The most difficult times are on your back in a comfortable chair trying to stay awake when he is drilling. Of course they are too nice to say anything about my snoring! more
