After many calls and emails from many movers, I decided to use this company. Lets start with the customer service/GREAT.. Then comes the going over the estimate details/PERFECT AND VERY DETAILED.. Now the price/ AFFORDABLE AND REASONABLE.. Pick up day/ PROFESSIONAL, FAST, AND FRIENDLY MOVERS... Honesty is over the top amazing. Everything that was explained to me is exactly what happened. I was not at all stressed. Delivery/ONE DAY AFTER THE DATE I REQUESTED SO OUTSTANDING.. Over all customer service was top notch, professional, and knowledgeable. Movers were friendly, careful and very sweet. Delivery time was what I really needed.. delivery crew as good as the pick up crew. I do not have one bad thing to say about this company.. all i can say is that they mean what they say and they say what they mean. They are honest and professional and they do give the best service. I used this company for my move from Connecticut to South Carolina. We went over all the stuff I am moving and talked about packing. She brought up things I didn't even think about. Now what really made me feel comfortable is that she actually gave me great pointers on how to save money instead of just charging me extra. She explained to me how to pack things my self so I can save on packing cost and how to make sure I don't go over the estimate so I don't pay more then I want to. She also gave me great information on how to look up the movers contacting me. Didn't rush me or pressure me. Took her time with me and was very patient while I was indecisive with everything. Great customer service and great movers over all. Price and professionalization were the best. Thank you more

To be honest I almost changed my mind about even hiring a mover because of how many calls and emails I was getting. I was so overwhelmed that I just stopped answering my phone and I just deleted all of the emails I got from all of the movers. I looked into doing my own move which started to stress me out so I decided to look for a moving company again only this time I will not fill out anything online and I will look for a mover my self. I checked the internet looking for a good mover. I came across North van lines and all of the reviews about them on many different sites. I started to read them and I was very impressed. I called north van to get an estimate and to also see if they actually perform as the reviews say. YESSSSS THEY SURE DO. from the second I was on the phone with the rep. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, funny, understanding, are just a few things I can say about the feeling I got while talking to my rep. She gave me an estimate which seemed very reasonable and fair. I liked the price. Every question I had was answered right away without putting me on hold to ask ""a manager"".. This company knows what they are doing and they do it well. I wish I can write in details my experience from start to finish but I don't think its allowed on here! lol.. OVER ALL. price was great, service was great, movers amazing, time move was completed FAST, my stuff came to me in the same condition. I was always able to contact my rep even before and after the business hours. No run around or stress though this move and I am beyond happy with my experience. My movers from now on! I had hired North Van lines to relocate my family and I from CT-AZ. Moving from state to state is hard enough so I made sure the company was able to handle my size move. I am happy that I chose north over the other companies, the way my moving consluant explained every detail and aspect of my move made me feel even more comfortable with her. It was like she was in my home and It was just great. I knew that this was the right choice and it was the day of my pick up was amazing Alex and his crew were a delight to deal with they helped me with any odd questions I had. I got a great estimate from this company and I gave them a shot. I figured the worse that can happen will be damages and maybe overcharge based on the reviews about other movers. Everything was explained to me before hand including what i might get charged extra for in case it applies. Also, they said I can stop whenever I want to pay exactly what I want. Guys showed up at my house in the morning. Very friendly and professional. Started packing everything and loading the truck. Come to find out that I ended up using less room on the truck then estimated which is great news becuase I paid less then expected and they took all my stuff and I didn't have to leave anything behind. I wasn't ready for delivery right away because I still had to travel. The movers arrived the same day I was ready to get my shipment which was another great thing because I didn't have to sleep on the floor! This company did a great job and I will use them again and recommend them.\r more

Sooo after the million calls I got from movers, I decided to go with North van lines. The reason I choose them was price, explanation of everything, i had control, their reputation on line, references of past clients that i was able to actually correspond with and they emailed me photos of the paper work to see what they were priced at the end, and honestly because I also once saw their truck while on the road. I appreciated the honesty and I appreciated the full control over the price. You read some of the stories about movers and you feel that you will get ripped off after they load your stuff. I liked that I can have them only load the estimated amount and I wouldn't get charged extra. No surprises or fine print of hidden fees. Everything went very well and I had great experience. I will use them again and I highly recommend these honest movers. P.S if you go on their site and your move is $1500 or more you can mention the coupon discount on the site and they will give it to you if you book that day! Great and affordable movers\r more

North did my move from Windsor Mill to Villa Rica GA 2 weeks ago. I wanted to take the time and express how happy I am with these movers. The estimate I got was great because i didn't have so much. I was told about all of the fees that might apply so that I am mentally and financially prepared. I got cheaper estimates but I didn't quite understand how the other companies were going to cover the move expenses for such a low price. I didn't want to take the risk of going with a cheap mover and have them destroy my stuff because I didn't pay enough! the movers that came to my home were just great.. They were fast and very careful with everything.. I wanted to help them and they didn't allow me. I liked that !! They packed and loaded everything. Went over the paperwork with me and off they went. I got a call shortly after from the manager which I much appreciated. She wanted to know how everything went. I liked that they followed up for feed back. I got my delivery the same day I was expecting it although they did not guarantee that I was going to get it that day. They gave me the driver's name and cell number and I was able to call him directly to let me know an idea of when he will be here. Very friendly crew at delivery and nothing was missing or greatly damaged. Minor scratches to one ikea item that I wasn't even sure I wanted to take so it didn't bother me. North van lines you guys are great at what you do so please keep up the good work. more

I hired this company for my move from Dillsburg PA to Clearwater FL. This company is great. I first spoke with the move consultant and she answered all of my questions. I gave her my inventory list and she was able to give me an estimate. She went over all of the details for my move. I was told about the packing and the way the move will happen. I was not surprised with any extra charges. The quote I got was very good and I had an extra stop that I got 50% discount off. The delivery was fast since I was ready as soon as possible. The moving team that delivered my stuff was just as great as the pick up team. This was just a great experience over all and I couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you for your great job. more

I went with North Van Lines for my move from Delaware to Arizona. I decided to go with them because of how they went over everything with me. No other company did that and spend the time to explain all the details for me. The best part is this company gives customers full control over the price. You can pay only what you want which is great because I had a budget and I was able to stay around it. They did not try to charge me for extra stuff that was not mentioned because they went over all the information that I needed to know to prepare me mentally and financially. The office people are great. If I called and my rep is busy, they don't just take a message. They will assist you until the person I want to talk to is available. At this point my questions were already answered. The manager was very helpful and always made sure I got a call back if I still needed to speak with my rep Vanessa which she was a complete doll to speak with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them because they truly know what they are doing. The movers that came to my house were nice and friendly. What I liked is that I thought this will be an all day thing but it wasn't. Those guys are good.. Fast, and careful with all my items and were done a few hours later. I was able to clean the house and relax for a good amount of time before I get to the airport. The cost was great and the service was great. I could not have asked for any better. I moved my family from NY to FL and we used North van lines. They had amazing reviews online so I decided to give them a call. Lola assisted me from start to finish and answered all of my questions. On the move day, the crew worked fast and were extremely friendly. Delivery also went smooth, and I couldn't be happier. I had a good experience with North Van Lines. The price was around what I wanted to pay and reasonable for the size of my shipment. They told me I can stop when ever I would like and that is exactly what I did and I only payed what I wanted. I requested packing of a few of my fragile items and the guys packed them very carefully. I wanted to wait until I get my stuff to write a review and I just got my things yesterday. Nothing was missing or damaged so I am very grateful for that. Also, delivery did not take long at all. This company is too good to be true.. With the amazing prices they provide and with all the help and great service they offer, I could not have chosen a better company. The price was more then fair and fictional. I'd rather go with a company that gives me a more realistic offer then some one that gives me a cheap price just to gain my business. This company has morals and they are very honest. Everything was explained to me before the move and during the move everything was on POINT.
