I went with North Van Lines for my move from Delaware to Arizona. I decided to go with them because of how they went over everything with me. No other company did that and spend the time to explain all the details for me. The best part is this company gives customers full control over the price. You can pay only what you want which is great because I had a budget and I was able to stay around it. They did not try to charge me for extra stuff that was not mentioned because they went over all the information that I needed to know to prepare me mentally and financially. The office people are great. If I called and my rep is busy, they don't just take a message. They will assist you until the person I want to talk to is available. At this point my questions were already answered. The manager was very helpful and always made sure I got a call back if I still needed to speak with my rep Vanessa which she was a complete doll to speak with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them because they truly know what they are doing. The movers that came to my house were nice and friendly. What I liked is that I thought this will be an all day thing but it wasn't. Those guys are good.. Fast, and careful with all my items and were done a few hours later. I was able to clean the house and relax for a good amount of time before I get to the airport. The cost was great and the service was great. I could not have asked for any better. Thank you girls and thank you North for everything
