Good: nothing. Bad: The fake reviews. Improvements: Stop paying for fake reviews. Other: How do these "reviewers" buy a car every day from a different dealer all over the country? Look at the reviewers history(s). They don't even fake it well. How about you mix in some 4 stars and local residents every now and then????. more

Good experience. Sales staff were very helpful. The only thing that surprised me was the fact that Roy in service was no longer employed at the dealership. you see, I had known Roy for quite some time and built a relationship. He was one of the reasons for me even shopping at North Park. Shawn A. included. Overall, excellent experience. Thanks! more

I have purchased 78 cars in my lifetime, and this was, by far, the most pleasant experience. As a former car salesman, previously selling Acuras and Toyotas in California, I enjoyed working with Demetrius.
