I did not feel pushed or rushed into buying a car 4/26/2011

My experience buying a new car from Steve Hernandez was excellent. He was very helpful and friendly. He was able to show me multiple options in financing the car and help me decide which option is the best for my budget. Even after I purchased the car he took the time to show me the features of my car I may have missed and helped me set up my bluetooth. I will definetly recommend Steve to anyone I know who wants to purchase a new Mazda or used car at North Park. All sales consultants should definetly be more like Steve. I did not feel pushed or rushed into buying a car like most car dealerships I've experienced. more

Buying experience was pleasant 4/19/2011

Sales staff was helpful in finding the right vehicle in the lot inventory that we purchased. Salesman was low-key and did not pressure us for "the sale". Sales mgmt offered enough incentives to make the deal possible. Overall buying experience at North Park Mazda was very pleasant. more

I couldn't be happier with my car purchase 4/15/2011

I couldn't be happier with my car purchase. Found my car on line, I live in GA, Emailed NP Mazda. Eric called me back. We negotiated over the phone. Flew out a couple of days later and drove my new car home! Saved a lot. easy to deal with. Eric was great. Thanks, NP Mazda more

beyond the call of duty 2/2/2011

Donny was extremely patient and thorough with me as I purchased my first car. He went above and beyond the call of duty to close the deal with me from the time I came in (around 6:30PM) until 12:30 in the morning. Furthermore, he made sure I was completely satisfied by taking care of the cosmetic damage I had issues with. Thanks Donnie! more

It was good! I wasn't originally satisfied with the offer for my trade-in. I was satisfied with the truck, but didn't need to tush the decision, either. When they came back to me with a better offer for my Buick, I was ready to make my decision. I never know if I'm getting a good deal at any dealership, but in this case I think both "won". more
