My experience with your dealership was excellent. The salesman(Ernest) and the finance person (Richard) went above and beyond to get me into a good car. I had a bad experience with another dealership and they made me feel so unimportant. But your staff were friendly and courteous throught the whole process. Overall the experience was great. Jerry Rich was very patient with me. He took time to explain the whole process to me and even took time to take me out and show me which cars were available to me. Tyler was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did he make the experience personal and professional he also never pressured us at any point. He went out of his way to build a rapport with Dave and myself and he was extremely easy to work with. I can't say enough positive remarks regarding his level of service and attention to detail. I was extremely impressed. Your financial manager was also amazing to work with, and made the car buying process much less stressful. Thank you. more

Plenty of good experiences 5/24/2011

I have purchased several cars from this dealership and consider it my first stop whenever looking. In particular, my latest purchase became purchases. Our sales rep Fernando Galindo, was always attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. The personal attention we receive from the service dept is another reason we keep coming back. more

Professional and non-aggressive 5/19/2011

My sales consultant Muohammad was not like all the other salesmen (at other car lots) as I was searching for the perfect car over the past few weeks. He was non-aggressive yet very helpful, courteous & professional. When I purchase my next vehicle, North Park Mazda will be my first stop and I look forward to consulting with Muohammad again. more

Will never buy from them again! 5/16/2011

My car wasn't available to pick up at the time I was promised it'd be ready. I waited for 2 hours before I was forced to leave for work and without my new car. Then I had to go back one week later because they wanted me to sign a new contract where they added $500 to my overall price because "a rebate didn't go through" thus adding $8 to my monthly payment! I'm so scared of what is to come in the future when my car needs service/repair. more
