Had a great dinner with my son and sis -- tourists from Canada. Erika super waitress -- efficient, friendly, very good service. Food was very good, portions huge. Problem is I forgot my camera on the table and called the next when I realized. Whoever answered my call said to call back and speak with the mgr. Which I did. Mgr was barely listening to my story and said nothing was found. I asked to speak with our waitress just in case she found the camera and he said she wasn't working. When asked when was her next shift, he said 'Don't know'. ???? Called back next day determined to speak with Erika -- same rude guy answered the phone and I got the same story -- they totally refused for me to speak with her. Now, thing is I saw our table being cleared as we were walking out so my camera was still on the table at that time You may think this is not related to food, but it has to do with CUSTOMER SERVICE and honesty which in my world, extends past the food and the service. I have pictures on that camera of my youngest son's prom which are the only ones taken. It offends me that the Manager really didn't want to help out in any way. I was a bother, plain a simple. They couldn't care less. So for those of you who like a fantastic restaurant with a fanstastic location but those management have no inkling of what customer service should be like, stay away. Thanks for reading my story.
