Excellend lavish museum 8/26/2010

The Newark Museum is surprisingly impressive, there are several floors and areas of exhibits, and the admission price is always affordable to students. It makes for a great afternoon. more

Newark Museum 10/12/2005

The Newark Museum is truly a gem. Educational programs that are superb for children and adults, special events along with the regular features are truly exceptional. I have recently discovered this museum and I am most impressed. The Ballentine House is a wonderful addition and a tour there is a must. more

Surprising Find 9/1/2005

The Newark Museum is a surprising find in the city. It is quite extensive and very comprehensive. There is art, an old home, a planetarium, science, nature, and much more. The museum refularly features traveling exhits and also offers great programs for children. The big downside is parking. Be prepared to pay for a very expensive lot or a long walk. more
