Real Experts! 6/19/2010

Due to an intense rainy season some of the padlocks that were installed at open places of my house got rusted and jammed. But, an expert locksmith guy cleaned and repaired those locks seamlessly and made them to work again just like the originals. To get them repaired I saved a considerable amount of my budget otherwise I was willing to invest for their replacement. He charged an affordable price in the end and went smiling. more

Professional Service 6/16/2010

These guys really know how to work according to the requirements of the customer. I had a locksmith guy at my residence last week for the installation of sliding doors and windows locks. He communicated each and everything about the project upfront. He provided me very useful information and answered all of my questions eagerly and very technically. During the project he kept me in touch with what he was doing. At the end he asked me to check if there is anything missing. From the start to the end of the project, he kept me well informed and I really appreciate the way he worked. This is really professional service indeed! more

I was exploring a locksmith service over the web when I came to this company. I wanted to get the installation of latches and door closers. Among various locksmith service providers I found their rates very economical. So I gave them a call and a locksmith guy was at my residence within a short time. He installed that equipment expertly and charged me pretty reasonable price. I am very satisfied by this service. Thanks! more

I called the techs from NY lock & key to replace my entry door lock with new and robust one. they have variety of locks from reputed manufacturers and selected an appropriate one for my door. installation was fast and without any damage. good job!!! thanks more

I called the locksmith to come to my place at 7pm to replace a lock and was told they would arrive in half an hour. It took only 25 minutes and the locksmith was there. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. The work was phenomenal; fast, professional plus he kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely use them again. Thanks! more

My experience with this locksmith has been much better than any I have used in the past. It was a simple job just rekey all the doors in my house to use the same key because things were really a mess having separate keys for all the doors. The locksmith came right on time for our appointment and worked quietly and without bothering us. When he was done he showed us that all the doors worked with the same key and handed us a very reasonable bill. If you want smooth, worry free service than this is the company to call. more

I have a business that I've run for the past 11 years and I made the silly mistake of losing my only key for century safe in my office. The safe had a lot of important documents inside, so I wanted to make sure I got the right locksmith to come over and open it. I know the safe was high security and I didn't want to waste any time or money on some amateur locksmith who wouldn't be able to open it. I called Expert because a business next door to mine had used them to change their locks and highly recommended them to me for my problem. Expert sent a really knowledgeable, personable technician over and he was able to open the safe with no problems. He had to open the safe with a drill, he explain, because there would be no other option being that my safe was so highly secure. After completing the job he even cleaned up the dirty mess left from drilling it out. Very professional and well skilled. more

Good Job! 4/14/2010

3. Me and my husband came back on vacation and realized we had lost our keys somewhere during the travel process. We gave Expert a call from the airport at 2:30 in the morning and they had a tech meet us at the apartment to open the door, it was hassle free and inexpensive. Great job more
