2nd time user of NY Floorman, this time I was unsure of which color to go with. I knew I wanted darker but could not tell how the colors would look in my apartment. They did 3 samples. one was far superior and that is what they did. THey look amazing. Last time I kept the same color, and they also did a great job so I went back. Fair prices, easy to deal with. more

This was a GREAT experience-- The estimate was fair and the results were excellent. I got my floors sanded, stained and sealed. The team was fast, professional and clean. I love the floors, and I would recommend them -- and have recommended them already! more

Great Service! 7/16/2011

I used New York Floorman to refinish and stain my wood floors, as well as paint my entire apartment. They were great! Clean, efficient, reliable and extremely well priced. I'd highly recommend New York Floorman any time as a reference. The owner does all of the estimates and was extremely honest and descriptive when it came to explaining answers to any of my questions. more

Best wood flooring company around 6/3/2010

Rich (the owner) does the estimates himself. He has enough crews to do the work immediately. His guys were right on time. They were extremely nice, young gentlemen who spoke enough English to communicate with. The price was great for sanding and finishing. And they cleaned up when they were done. The job came out exactly as it should have. I highly recommend New York Floorman to everyone who asks. Pros: Great price, clean, quick, efficient Cons: Nothing negative to say more
