Wireless in minutes 9/28/2005

Their tech was able to get 3 laptops between me and my roomates online in 30 minutes! Now, we all get on the Internet wirelessly - it's great! The tech was very respectful, knowledgeable...and pretty cute too! Pros: efficient, knowlegeable, great service more

US1Data recovered 5 years of my documents!! 9/28/2005

I was in panic mode when my drive was making noises. I couldn't turn on my computer and my clients' files and my family photos were in jeopardy. US1Data calmed me down and was able to recover my files by the next day. The price was pretty reasonable too. Thanks guys!! Pros: reasonable, professional, understandable more

My laptop has life again!!! 7/4/2005

New York Computer Help's tech came to my office and got my laptop from a black screen and no movement to Windows XP again. The tech came in and took only about 45 minutes to get me back in working order again. Very impressed! Pros: fast, very fair, very friendly more

Quickly removed my viruses 6/11/2005

A loyal New York Computer Help customer 5/15/2005

I have called these guys a number of times, and have been very satisfied with their repairs and follow-up. I felt compelled to write a review which I never do. I am getting up in age as a senior citizen and these gentlemen use the utmost patience and care with me. These guys always follow up with me to make sure I'm treating my PC nicely so I don't have to spend unforeseen dollars on my old dog of a computer! They take the extra attention to make sure I'm happy with their service...and it doesn't go unnoticed! Pros: friendly, genuine, patient more

I'm wireless for the summer baby! 4/21/2005

These guys came in, gave one look at my 3 computer network at home and voila! I had wireless before you know it. I am now able to share files and my printer between my computers. Most importantly, I now have a wireless laptop that I can use at home for Internet or in the park.
