Easy and Friendly NYS Inspection 1/19/2015

I came in on a Friday Morning and was seen immediately for a NYS Inspection of a recently purchased 05 Acura MDX. Inspection was thorough and lasted about 1/2 Hour. Service was professional and friendly. I will likely come back to this Shop for future work and maintenance. more

I've been here several times and yesterday I had a disaggreement with the firm which was handled in a courteous and respectful way and was resolved to my satisfaction. It was nice to be able to disagree with them without getting into an heated argument or screaming match with anyone! more

Service was excellent, pricing was fair, I was not able to pick car up for a few days after it was ready and they didn't try tagging on storage fees. Overall good experience and I will bring my car back again with out reservation. more

I showed up on a Saturday for NYS inspection, but needed some pretty serious work. Mr. Diaz was not only very pleasant and accommodating, his demeanor gave me confidence that I'd have my car back, and ready to drive safely for Thanksgiving holidays. And so I did and am enjoying and wishing all the same - Happy Thanksgiving! j more

Broke my tire sensors and would not take responsibility 9/28/2014

Brought the car in to have the tires replaced. At that time all the tire pressure sensors were working. After picking up the car the sensors were no longer working and the warning light kept blinking. Took the car back and was told that amazingly two sensors had just stopped working by coincidence after the tires were changed. Was given a $500 estimate to repair. Complained but was told they just stopped working even though they are inside the tire. Took the car to the dealer and they removed one broken sensor (it was physically cracked in two) and then replace it and everything in working condition for $225, less than 1/2 what 2000 auto service wanted to charge me more
