I am extremely grateful to the staff at Neos. I decided to try the HCG diet after many attempts at losing weight. I have struggled for over 5 years with the battle to take off pounds. I had issues with my thyroid and many obstacles. As I would loose a couple pounds, I would only gain it back. That is what prompted me to try this diet. The entire staff at Neos is there 100% for their clients. They cared about me and wanted to be part of my journey to not only lose the weight, but to change my life. That is just what they did. They spent time with me, listened, explained everything that I would be doing, gave me MANY ideas, different options, recipes, etc. They were my biggest cheerleaders as I came in each week. They cared about how I was feeling. The diet is one that can be simple to follow. I am not going to lie, the first four days were the only time I felt hungry. Through that time, they gave me support and lots of ideas on how to fix that. They were available by phone, by email, and offered reading ideas, food ideas, and never let me down. I can't say enough about them. I have never had an experience like this. I have tried for over 5 years to take off 15 to 20 pounds with NO success. I am not an overly heavy weight person, I am at the gym five days a week, and I don't eat that horribly. I was in a rut and my body was not budging. The Neos staff helped me to change how and when I ate, trained me and my body to know when I was hungry , and changed how I looked at food and my choices. It truly was a life changing event. I lost over 20 pounds and my body has never felt better. I am not tired, I am more active, I do not suffer headaches and down time due to feeling down. I have a whole new energy and our entire family has changed their eating along with me. I am keeping on my new outlook on the food and after all was said and done, they still checked on me to see how I was doing. I learned so very much from each one I met with. The office manager is amazing, all of the staff really cares. I owe them more than they can imagine. I will forever be grateful and I will ONLY choose Neos for anything else I need. HM more

With this review, I decided to wait and see results before posting. I could not be MORE ecstatic with my results with treatments at Neos. I have done dysport (basically Botox) as well as laser hair removal. The dysport has been great, its less expensive than the place I used to go to for Botox AND it seems like it lasts about a month longer (the more bang for my buck the better!) and the nurse has been awesome both times I have been there. Yes, I had to wait the second time I went in for about 20 minutes after my appointment time, which was slightly irritating but I looked at it similar to a doctor's appointment and realized that I wouldn't want to be rushed over in my appointment. As for my laser hair removal- I have not one complaint! I have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) that causes me to basically grow a lot more hair than I would like, and after waxing forever without avail, I knew this was my last resort. The staff has been AH-MAZING since the first time I called, when I mentioned my PCOS they knew exactly what I was talking about, seemed very knowledgeable about the disorder and were upfront with me about what I could expect with results due to the condition. They provided me with a ton of info AND a price over the phone (most places make you come in which I don't like...it's like, what is there to hide?!) and didn't try to pressure me into buying right that second. Every time I call or go in, the girls are so sweet, and always remember who I am and never fail to ask how a recent trip I had was or how my husband is doing and always attempt to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. I have just finished my 4th treatment and the reduction I've seen is fantastic...I would HIGHLY recommend Neos to anyone. more
