The recent service provided was great, all my questions were answered and service provided in a timely manner. I try to keep accurate record of services performed and next due date(s) for service(s) - but, I am not(!) always on target. However, I can feel confident that John Garcia will have that information available and will update me on recommended services that need to be done--and, he will also inform me of any other findings with risks to safety and function of my GTI. For example, on recent visit- it was found I needed, among others- rear brake linings. (I had called for oil chg and new dipstick). That was very important to me- something I was not really aware of. For this type service I am grateful! I purchased my GTI '03 in '04. I always try to speak with John Garcia about my car and bring it in on days that he is available- he knows my GTI very well -- keeps great records and I have always been pleased with service. I apprecia te John Garcia - he is a great representative for Neftin VW and the Neftin VW Staff! Much appreciated!
