The facial was ok ... but these women are constantly trying to sell you something.. whats relaxing about that? It just makes you feel awkward. And yeah, make sure you confirm the price before... they'll tell you one price before, and then after the facial boost it up .. saying they did some type of special treatment... ? Definitely don't recommend it... more

I had a terrible experience at this spa. I heard the owner yelling at employees and calling them "stupid" right in front of me and other customers. She also led me into a room that obviously had not been cleaned. There were open bottles of product and a puddle of muck on the floor. When it was time to leave the owner tried to hard sell me products. more

When I was leaving, the owner kept trying to sell me products that I told her I was not interested in. I also heard her on the phone being rude to a customer that had a complaint. This place most certainly does not offer a stress-reducing environment. Pros: Many services available at the same location. Cons: Customer service and skill of technicians leave something to be desired. more

Worst spa I've gone to so far and I've gone to many for the same price. The bed was hard and wasn't properly covered. I'm used to laying under cushy beds with heated blankets. I had to ask if I'm supposed to lie down on a bare bed (there was a blanket but no sheets to cover the bed). The rooms didn't look very relaxing (too bright and noisy). The masseuse shocked my back with cold lotion. My teenager could do a better job massaging me. I complained to the owner and she was very defensive and VERY rude. She needs to attend Customer Service courses! I'll never go back to this place again. Those who are happy with this place must not have gone to too many spas before. more

I had the 3D eyelashes put on and three days later they began to fall off. Within one week they were all gone with the exception of two on each eye. At that point they looked so funny I had to cut them to match the length of my own lashes. I even told the employees at the spa that instead of getting my money back, I would be willing to have something else done other than more lashes put on at no more cost to me. They said they would speak with the lady who is in charge of this business, and she would contact me. She contacted me a few days later and to put it bluntly, she said that what I had complained about couldn't be true. I told her it was so she said she would speak with the other girl and get back to me. I never heard from her. I called 2 weeks later and left a message about how unprofessional she was to not return my call. I asked that she call me back at my work number. She called my home number and told my daughter that she couldn't understand why I was being ""so upset"" and that ""after all I did have an appt. to correct the problem"". She never once told me to keep the appt. in lew of getting my money back. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...... NEVER GO HERE FOR LASHES!!! more

This place is just weird. Maybe I am spoiled but I like my day spas to be clean and smell good. The rooms have fairy pictures. The front desk is more like a retail store rather than a spa. When I took my shoes off for the massage, the carpet felt dirty. They often have coupons in the paper for a substantial savings but it is not worth it, in my opinion. Spend a little bit more and go somewhere nice. more

This place has a lot of different treatments available. It's fairly expensive, but the local coupon discount papers has special offers. Its services are very creative and incorporate many trendy spa ideas such as sugar, rose petals and chocolate. The massage rooms are much too bright. I prefer a more subtle lighting atmosphere for true relaxation. It's nice having such an innovative place in our area, however, having a morbidly obese front desk person give me unsolicited health advice is not really my idea of a good time. more
