Review content:
I had the 3D eyelashes put on and three days later they began to fall off. Within one week they were all gone with the exception of two on each eye. At that point they looked so funny I had to cut them to match the length of my own lashes. I even told the employees at the spa that instead of getting my money back, I would be willing to have something else done other than more lashes put on at no more cost to me. They said they would speak with the lady who is in charge of this business, and she would contact me. She contacted me a few days later and to put it bluntly, she said that what I had complained about couldn't be true. I told her it was so she said she would speak with the other girl and get back to me. I never heard from her. I called 2 weeks later and left a message about how unprofessional she was to not return my call. I asked that she call me back at my work number. She called my home number and told my daughter that she couldn't understand why I was being ""so upset"" and that ""after all I did have an appt. to correct the problem"". She never once told me to keep the appt. in lew of getting my money back. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...... NEVER GO HERE FOR LASHES!!!
