Nature's paradise has done a great job every single time and I can only say that the best review you can give a business is to go back for more!! and I have for the last 15 years -- If I'm not satisfied with the service, I let the owner of the business know where they fell short, so they can fix the problem. Bad businesses usually don't stay in business. This business has been in Pinole for 21 years providing excellent services to the community. more

Ive been a very avid spa enthusiast for a few years now and have been trying as many spas as I could in the East Bay. This place presented pretty nice but had awkward colors and weird smells. But, the Photo-Facial and massage was definitely very relaxing and one of the best Ive had in a while. Definitely recommended. Thanks Claudine! more

I enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and therapeutic massage and I was also treated to a delightful cup of tea while I conversed at length with their very efficient personnel regarding their products and services. Not only will I go back to this spa for massages, waxing and facials, my plans include going back for hair services as well. My Spa Finder gift card was accepted at local Natures Paradise Day Spa. I booked pamper package of aromatherapy massage and European facial, which was on special and competitive priced. It was one of unexpected pleasant experience: the staff was very professional and friendly, clean and stylish decorated rooms, tranquil atmosphere and excellent service. Complete relaxation. This place has my recommendation and Ill return there as often as I can afford. more

I just went in last week for their new 5/30/2012

I just went in last week for their new light laser treatment, and it's amazing. Never have I imagined such fast results, and the improvements kept coming over the next days. The spa is very soothing, the staff kind, gentle, nothing embarrassing to me. But what's best is I knocked off about five years in about twenty minutes. How can this be? So, if you're looking a little older than you want, and want to return to an earlier you, I'd suggest you give this spa a chance to help. more

After having less than average service in mid 2007 I frequent another spa in the area. Recently after receiving Gift Certificate from Spa Finder I decided to check out Natures Paradise and redeem it using offered services. I settled on Royal Pamper Package. I was pleased with new look of the spa. The dcor, the cleanness, the atmosphere and the staff combine into soothing experience. It was really royal treatment performed by experienced and knowledgeable massage therapists, estheticians, manicurist and hair dressers. Now Ill visit this spa more frequently making it my permanent beauty place. more

a long time highly satisfied customer, now I'm amazed, thrilled, there is a new treatment that works better than anything you could hope for. Took off five years in twenty minutes, and then kept getting better. And these prices are lower than the few others I found who offer this new treatment. If you need to look better fast, this is the place for you, and the results aren't just cosmetic, they last ... really, it's like magic. more

I have had facials all around the world, and this was one of the most relaxing and rewarding facials I have ever had. Kristina is welcoming, knowledgable about skin care and nutrition, and really took her time throughout the process. She created a unique facial for my skin type and ended with a tranquil scalp massage. Her time is dedicated to one client at a time, and I didnt feel rushed at any point. The spa is serene, clean and blissful, and I felt like a baby when I left. I will definitely be a regular customer =) more

I love this place. Joanna, the owner, has always been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and is very conscientious about using natural products. I always leave feeling beautiful, and relaxed for a fraction of the cost at other spas. I recommend this spa to my friends. more

Clean, warm and tranquil! 7/29/2011

I was always skeptical of results of any facial treatment I received before stepping into Nature's Paradise Day Spa. I knew there is no magic treatment to make my face look younger, and get used to many disappointments in the past. It was my friend recommendation to visit this place for quest of beauty. The place was clean, warm and tranquil with professional and friendly staff. Thorough facial skin examination and interview of past treatments resulted in recommendation of Photo-Rejuvenation treatment in series of six in 7 -10 days intervals. After first treatment I noticed considerable improvement of my face. Despite my skepticism I decided to take the whole series of treatment. Already after 4 treatments the complements from friends and co-workers escalated to high level of hardly masked envy. Well I lost few so called friends and at the end of second month after the final treatment I'm enjoying unchanged, excellent facial skin condition. Thank you Nature's Paradise more

Weve been treated in Cherub room for couples. The dcor, soothing music, candles and tranquility of the place made-up the pleasant mood. Weve got massage simultaneously by two excellent masseuses. Dont know when I fell asleep. This was my first massage and Im sure it wasnt the last for sure! Highly recommend this spa. They may have to get used to my face in the future. Thankyou! more
