Great with my anxious dog 5/29/2013

Lisa at Nature's Groom is wonderful with my rescue dog. He is a little poodle mix and he used to have to be sedated in New Orleans to be groomed. Now, here in Baton Rouge, Lisa is great with calming him down. We no longer have to sedate him and she knows just how to handle him to make him feel comfortable. Lisa also has a very accommodating business. If ever I need a specific date she does whatever it takes to fit me in. One time I needed my dog groomed before her business actually opened and she let me drop my dog off at her house on my way to work, early in the morning. I have been using her for 3 or 4 years and can't say enough good things about her. more

Friendly, good with me and my pet 5/28/2013

Nature's Groom is extremely friendly to my pet. They talk to me about how satisfied I am with the grooming or what should be changed or adjusted. I find it to be a very pleasant every 6 weeks. They have been my groomer for years! more

I have been a long time customer of Nature's Groom. During the holidays they were full and we had to board at their new downtown facility. We have our Golden Retriever groomed here, she always comes out looking lovely and clean. What we like so much is not seeing her dead fur all over the floor for weeks afterwards and seeing her feathers after they have been trimmed. We find it very convenient as we can drop her of and she will be ready within a couple of hours, or if we need to keep her there longer then we can. A very good service, thank you. more
