Recently I had some transmission work done at this location. I had just had a bad experience with another car care location here in Kingwood and was very leery of going to an unknown to me business. I took the time to describe what I had been through and what I wanted done and the manager listened, made many helpful observations and gave me a price quote that was not out of line with this type service. The work performed was quick and very professional. I was situated where I could see the work being done. I felt like I received good value for my money and I felt assured that quality work had been performed. They open early and stay late and offer free towing with major repairs and free external analysis. Good people, good job, and good customer service. Other locations in several neighboring cities.
