Had the Munster electronics man come to our house to see what was wrong with our tv. We had some white fuzziness on our LCD HDTV. He came out for $50.00 and told us what was wrong...

Just wanted to thank you for great service! \r Estimate cost was low. \r My 50 inch LCD did not come on, they had it repaired in 3 days! The cost was 1/5 of a new one! \r Thanks again, Debbie more

TV repair horrible!! 12/10/2011

Had the Munster electronics man come to our house to see what was wrong with our tv. We had some white fuzziness on our LCD HDTV. He came out for $50.00 and told us what was wrong with it and that it would take 1 week to fix the problem. We decided to take it in and they had it over 2 weeks. We had to keep calling them to see what was going on with it because they wouldn't keep us updated on the repair. Well, after more than 2 weeks without our tv and $120.00 more in repair costs, we have it back and see the same problem with it. There is no decrease in fuzziness at all. It looks like they just took our money and didn't do anything with it AT ALL!!! So upset, will be asking for my money back. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Terrible Customer Service 9/20/2011

I took my stereo receiver in after a lightning strike and power surge damaged the receiver. I paid the owner $40 for an assessment and estimate of repair. more

Very Good in Their service 11/12/2005

I went into Munster Appliance to get an estimate on my dryer. I told them them the door didn't shut properly. The store the was organized and clean. They sent a man out to my house to see the problem. They charged me 15.00 to come to the house. The 15.00 would be applied to my bill, if I needed it fixed. They came and they found out the problem, they was a rock stuck in the door. Usually they keep the 15.00 but they gave it back. I thought that was very nice of them. I would recommend this service to others more
