Review content:
Had the Munster electronics man come to our house to see what was wrong with our tv. We had some white fuzziness on our LCD HDTV. He came out for $50.00 and told us what was wrong with it and that it would take 1 week to fix the problem. We decided to take it in and they had it over 2 weeks. We had to keep calling them to see what was going on with it because they wouldn't keep us updated on the repair. Well, after more than 2 weeks without our tv and $120.00 more in repair costs, we have it back and see the same problem with it. There is no decrease in fuzziness at all. It looks like they just took our money and didn't do anything with it AT ALL!!! So upset, will be asking for my money back. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
