Beware of the description of this business on their website.They have over embellished every detail! Although they press and clean your sheets well, you're lucky if you get back what you sent. They have lost three sets of my good queen sheets (600count). The first time they replaced my lost queen sheets with a regular fitted bottom sheet and a different color top sheet.When I called to find out about two sets sheets I sent just last week, they yelled and screamed and told me NEVER to call there again. If you have laundry that you value, DON"T send it to Mrs. Roles. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. more

Great hours 12/2/2005

Mrs. Roles private laundry does good work however their hours may not work with many of our busy lives and schedules, they are not even open seven days a week. When they are open, it is not 24 hours, which something that New York City dwellers have come to expect. They do offer free pick up and delivery though. more
