Mr Transmission

actually mr transmission in cookeville has recieved a customer satisfaction award three years running you came in assuming your problem was a leak and upon visual inspection fluid was found coming from the front of the transmission we advised you we would have to pull the trans to determin if it was the seal and you wanted a price if it was and you were given one after removal it was obvious the leak was not from there but from the vent caused by overheating I then called you and told you this and got your authorization to tear the transmission down for internal failure and also told you it would be more money and it was approved. You didnt like the price on the rebuild and against our advise got a used transmission when we installed it the tailshaft was wrong for your car so your driveshaft would not fit there was not a broken driveshaft you just bought the wrong unit so say what you will but you were warned before wasting money on a used transmission we are in business to fix problems correctly not just put a band aid on it so next time tell the whole story before trying to drag a quality company's name through the mud more

I would be lieing too everyone if i had told you this was the place to go for any transmission work or any work at all ""but"" i wouldnt recomend for anyone to go to ""MR.TRANSMISSION IN COOKEVILLE TN"" for any type of work due too there low quality profession. i had just went there three days ago to get a leak in my 2000 ford mustang fixed and it was a total of ""$700"" dollars to do so but thats not it. They turned around and called me back the same day and hour later to the departure of my car and said it wasnt the gasket as they said so they went ahead and tore down my transmission with out concent and then had said my bill was going too be a total of ""$1800"" dollars. so i went back up there and they said it had too be rebuilt. So i had went and bought a brand new trans and dropped it off and got a call an hour after departure and was told my DRIVE SHAFT was broke hhmmmm i drove it up there just fine that day with just a trans leak and now im having all kinds of issues kind of sounds fishy too me. So i wouldnt want anybody else too turn out getting screwed over bc of there low professional abillities to do there job. Please dont go too mr. transmissions unless you want too get burned out of alot of money. i have lived and learned my mistake wouldnt want the same for you!!!!!! more
