actually mr transmission in cookeville has recieved a customer satisfaction award three years running you came in assuming your problem was a leak and upon visual inspection fluid was found coming from the front of the transmission we advised you we would have to pull the trans to determin if it was the seal and you wanted a price if it was and you were given one after removal it was obvious the leak was not from there but from the vent caused by overheating I then called you and told you this and got your authorization to tear the transmission down for internal failure and also told you it would be more money and it was approved. You didnt like the price on the rebuild and against our advise got a used transmission when we installed it the tailshaft was wrong for your car so your driveshaft would not fit there was not a broken driveshaft you just bought the wrong unit so say what you will but you were warned before wasting money on a used transmission we are in business to fix problems correctly not just put a band aid on it so next time tell the whole story before trying to drag a quality company's name through the mud
