Dan, the technician that provided the actual service was friendly, professional (demeanor and appearance), and thorough. I was able to express my concerns and ask questions without feeling pressured, rushed, or ignored. I feel as though he listened, understood, and treated my concerns and was honest. more

Respect 10/30/2012

The moxie crew has treated our family and home with kind respect and certain grace. Adrian was our service provider and he shared his wisdom and intelligence. We grow food all around our home and Adrian cautioned us to not spray in certain areas due to pesticide drift. That shows that Moxie is concerned with more than just pest control, it's concerned with hiring the best possible staff to get the job done without harming vegetables or the families that grow them. Drazen arrived this morning to handle my quarterly pest maintenance. He was very friendly and professional. Inquired about any observations I had regarding insects and pests. He delivered my treatment and also took care of visible spider webs. He also treated the garage. more

Moxie has always returned to retreat my home if I have any issues in between quarterly's. My technician, Matt F. spent the time at my home to do the job right. He did not rush through my job so he could get to the next. He addressed my concerns and I got the best job possible. It was all about taking the time to do it right and making the customer happy. Jack and Logan came to my home last week for an initial visit to assess the property for pests. They addressed my concerns for child/pet safety and assured me that the 'oxygen patient' in my home would suffer no discomfort. They left me feeling confident that I could trust any pest control issue with them/their company. The price is very competitive for this area-NorthWest Raleigh. more

He walked me through every step of the treatment explaining the problem and procedures for resolving them. Extremely pleased with the service! 5/22/2012

If you have unwanted critters around your house give Moxie a call. We have been very pleased with the service that Moxie has provided over the past year. About a month ago we had mulch delivered and notice an increase in the ant and spider activity around our home. Moxie's service technichians have always said if you have a problem between your quarterly treatments give them a call. We did just that and Brandon showed up on the scheduled day and was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he was planning on doing and the procedures that he had to follow. After he completed the treatment he explained what we should expect to see and happen during the following week. Additionally I would like to mention the people in the office have always been a pleasure to deal with. We intend to keep on using Moxie for our quarterly treatments. more

Excellent job by Les 5/13/2012

I wanted to thank Les for the excellent job he did in answering all my questions/concerns in my recent quarterly visit. He was very courteous and answers all my questions about the chemicals used. I live on a lake so I have lots of critters, ducks, birds, squirrels, and I wanted to be sure they would not be injured by the chemicals used. Les took the time to clarify for me how things work and I greatly appreciate that. I always get professional service from your company and that's very nice in this day and age where everyone is rush rush rush. Thank you. more

Good job! I can recommend... 5/4/2012

Answered my door yesterday and was given a very thorough explanation of the offer by Moxie to control pests in my home. The salesman was Chase. He set up an appointment for the initial treatment today. Matt F. was prompt and professional. He explained ahead of time what he would be doing today and made sure my questions were answered. He let me know it was possible there may be a few critters chased inside, but a phone call would get someone out to do extra treatment. The lady from the office was also courteous and professional. I look forward to summer without battling ants! Thanks. more

Fantastic service!! I called yesterday afternoon and they were here today. They called 30 minutes ahead exactly as requested. Mike was very thorough and treated 100% of our property. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and reassured me that Moxie is just a phone call away if I have any other trouble. Rick was great! 3/7/2012

We have a regular contract with Moxie and we saw some ant activity in our master bathroom. It was Rick's first visit to our home and he was very polite and helpful. He found where the ants were coming in, put in some bait and caulked the area. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this company. We have been using them for a few years now and they have never disappointed us. The service technicians they send out are always clean-cut, well-mannered and knowledgeable about what they are doing. We highly recommend them! more
