Dr. Harris good, Dr. Drell awful 3/22/2012

As the reviews suggest, either good or bad. I will never have my pet seen by Dr. Drell again, and I mean never. She mis-diagnosed a problem with our small dog, which was corrected when the dog showed no improvement. However, it was still $240 to see her. When we next saw another vet at the clinic, it was a different diagnosis, a different solution, and yet another $160.00 more

My Favorite! 9/10/2010

GREAT SERVICE! I've brought my pets (including my hammie!) for the last 9 years. Even with an ownership change a few years ago ,the treatment that my pets and I have experienced has been as great as my first visit! Its sad that there are some negative reviews being that I have experienced first hand the careing and compassion of the WHOLE staff during the loss of my rabbit this past summer. A+ more

2 years after I had my pets treated at the Morton Grove Animal Hospital I was sent a statement saying that they had 'lost' several of the checks I had made out to them, paying for services. They wanted me to look at my endorsed checks, sent to me by my bank and send them copies of those checks. They also wanted me to check to see if I had copies of checks, that I had made out to them, and, if I didn't have those checks, I should re-pay them the amounts owed to them.\r \r My husband and I were like, HUH? If you can't keep track of your accounting, don't ask us to do it for you!\r \r We go to Preiser now, they don't rip you off like MGAH does. more

I have been taking my dog to morton grove animal hospital for years. I love them! Dr. Drell and Dr. Bertoglio are wonderfull. I would highly recommend them. more

BAD EXPERIENCE 7/6/2007

WOULD NEVER USE THIS HOSPITAL OR VET AGAIN. HAD TO EUTHANIZE MY ANIMAL AFTER I TOOK HER TO THIS HOSPITAL. BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND FIND A MORE REPUTABLE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. more

Good pet care 5/18/2006

I had to use the boarding facility at the Morton Grove Animal Hospital when my dog was ill. I felt like they treated her with the utmost care. The vet was very kind, and the staff handled my numerous calls politely and with patience. PROS: Caring and attentive staff CONS: more

nice and comfortable 11/6/2005

The Morton Grove Animal Hospital has been a very good experience for us. The staff is warm and nurturing to our dog as well as very knowledgable. I feel very comfortable having our dog in their hands. I have found however that they are a bit more expensive than some of the other animal hospitals that I have looked into. The front desk has also been very helpful and knowledgable when we deal with them. When our dog had to spend the night they were very kind and understading of our many calls to see how she was doing. more
