2 years after I had my pets treated at the Morton Grove Animal Hospital I was sent a statement saying that they had 'lost' several of the checks I had made out to them, paying for services. They wanted me to look at my endorsed checks, sent to me by my bank and send them copies of those checks. They also wanted me to check to see if I had copies of checks, that I had made out to them, and, if I didn't have those checks, I should re-pay them the amounts owed to them.\r

My husband and I were like, HUH? If you can't keep track of your accounting, don't ask us to do it for you!\r
