Our first experience at Morehead Honda was a little lease than pleasurable. Our salesman was pushy, did not listen to our wants in a car, and pushed us toward a car we were not terribly interested in. However, the pricing on the vehicles was right, so we decided to go back. On our second visit, the same salesman was helping us and was worse than the day before. He twisted our words, told my husband he lied about a pay-off amount, but when my husband called him out, the salesmen checked his notes and realized he was wrong. We left night unsure what to do. We called the morehead honda customer service dept. and they were extremely helpful. They set us up with a new salesman and we ended up purchasing a vehicle. The new salesman was fantastic. He listened to all of our wants in a vehicle, he did not try to push us into something above our budget and he was very professional and friendly. We will definitely go back to Morehead Honda. Overall the experience was fine...I think we just were unlucky with our salesman the first time around.
